At the Lee County Homeless Coalition, it is our mission “to advocate, educate, and promote awareness of issues and obstacles facing homeless individuals in Lee County through community collaboration, planning, and implementing solutions.” We would not be able to carry out our mission without our members who are committed to advocating, educating and promoting awareness of issues and obstacles facing the homeless in Lee County. Our members join the Lee County Homeless Coalition and are not only willing to pay annual dues, but are also willing to dedicate their time toward our mission.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank a new member who has gone above and beyond what is required of our members. Instead of paying the $30 membership due, Bruce Woodruff gave a $5,000 donation to the Coalition. It is because of this kind of generosity that we can continue to fight for the homeless individuals in Lee County.
