NAEH Guide for Diversion
We wanted to share the NAEH guide for diversion. We would like encourage everyone in our CoC to practice diversion strategies. For those using HMIS there will soon be a screen to complete addressing this strategy so please familiarize yourself with it now if you are not already using diversion methods.
