This Committee is focused on bringing awareness to the issue of homelessness through the organization and execution of several annual events, including the annual Point in Time Count, Homeless Service Day and Veteran Stand Down, the Candlelight Vigil, and Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Month. The Committee is responsible for developing creative ways to market events, engage a wide-range of stakeholders, and create new events as necessary.
- Plan, coordinate and facilitate annual events that bring community awareness to the issue to homelessness, and/or assist in connecting persons who are homeless to housing and resources.
- Evaluate the impact and success of each event, and report finding to the CoC General membership.

Meetings: First Tuesday of each month, Noon- 1 pm –at City Gate
